Procedure: 10 Porcelain Veneers

This very successful and beautiful musician would only smile with her lips together. A very pretty girl, she often looked sullen.
Ten porcelain veneers gave her a soft, feminine look, and opened her personality to that that it truly was.
Again note, the lifelike, natural look of the veneers.

Procedure: TEN PORCELAIN VENEERS
After years of bonding and trying stopgap measures to improve his smile, this young grandfather’s grandchild asked why his teeth were so brown. Bob was now motivated to make a dramatic change. At his next cleaning appointment, we discussed porcelain veneers to straighten, lighten, and generally give grandpa a more homogenous, younger look.
Ten veneers took ten years off his age. Nothing else can do that. There is no pill, cream, salve, or plastic surgical procedure that can make you look so much younger and better in such a short time period. (Bob chose to wait a week, but could have had these veneers done with Dr. Zweig’s Now Smile procedure in much less time).
Thrilled with his new look, Bob now smiles broadly when before he only gave a slight grin. To paraphrase an old saying, ‘..out of the mouths of babes, into the mouths of grandparents!’ |

Procedure: VENEERS, CROWNS, LASER GUM RECONTOURING
Some people spend their lives caring for others, with little regard for themselves. That is the case with this young lady. Several years ago after the passing of her mother she left LA to care for her elderly father. He passed away the following spring. Wanting to recapture her life and career, Linda felt that it was time for a smile upgrade.
Laser gum recontouring and ten Now Smile veneers evened off the level of her gum, and made her teeth the same color have and proper shapes and arrangement. This case was accomplished in a matter of days due to Dr. Zweig’s newly developed technology- NOW SMILE.
Linda was thrilled to have beautiful teeth and a lovely smile for the first time in her life. She is back to work, and ready to once again make her mark in the world.

Procedure: Seventeen Porcelain Veneers
Always self-conscious and hating her smile, this African diplomat came to Dr. Zweig to see if anything could be done to improve the color, and arrangement of her front teeth.
G’s bite presented a major challenge as did the fact that she was missing her upper right lateral incisor. There was an uneven number of teeth on corresponding sides.
After careful analysis a diagnosis was made that consisted of placing seventeen porcelain veneers. Her upper front teeth were brought slightly forward, and her lower front teeth were made shorter.
Now G and her family are thrilled with her more normal and youthful look!

Procedure: Six Porcelain Veneers

Through the years, this very attractive lady had a hodgepodge of cosmetic work done. Old veneers and bonding had discolored, fractured and picked up stain. One of the older veneers fractured off.
Note the lifelike nature of Dr. Zweig’s veneers. There is a gradation of color as well as naturally occurring translucency. The new veneers are also kinder to her gum tissue.
Now A once again has a beautiful smile that will last her for many years to come.

Procedure: Now Smile Same Day Makeover
As a busy Executive Vice President of a National Bank, this lady has for years wished to replace her two front crowns. Done twenty five years before by Dr. Zweig, the crowns were still fine, but the environment around them had changed. Since time is a very precious commodity to her, she was unable to break away from her professional responsibilities long enough to accomplish this.
With the development of Dr. Zweig’s NowSmile Beverly Hills, she came to the office in the morning, had a business lunch in Beverly Hills and then came back to the office later that afternoon for the cementation of the final crowns.
She called Dr. Zweig the next day telling him how thrilled she was with her new smile, and with the speed and convenience with which she was able to accomplish it.
This same day makeover was filmed by the Associate Press for syndication on their affiliated stations around the world!

Procedure: FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION
After many years of ignoring his teeth and smile, this successful attorney wanted to improve his look. He was motivated by cosmetics and was unaware of the extent of the disease in his mouth.
After careful examination and consultations with other dental specialists, we determined full-mouth reconstruction was needed to restore Mr. E’s function as well as esthetics.
Motivated to keep his remaining teeth and improve his look, Mr. E underwent treatment that included periodontal surgery, oral surgery, fixed bridgework and crowns. To satisfy his desire to make-over his smile, we did several porcelain veneers to complete the reconstruction.
Originally Mr. E was only interested in improving the look of his mouth; however, he got the added benefit of improving his mouth’s overall health. Now, happy and smiling all the time, he’s happy to know that he’s done all he can to maximize the chance that he’ll keep his remaining teeth for as long as possible.

Procedure: CEREC ONE-VISIT TOOTH RESTORATION
Our revolutionary Cerec 3D one visit porcelain restoration CAD/CAM (Computer Assisted Design/ Computer Assisted Manufacture) system, enables us to make beautiful life-like, durable and biologically compatible restorations while you wait!
Our long-time patient had fractured this tooth, probably due to the old silver/amalgam restoration. Using the Cerec 3D system, Dr. Zweig was able to prepare the tooth, design the porcelain crown to his specifications, create it, and bond (cement) it to the tooth in one visit. There was no need for messy impressions, or fragile temporary crowns. Best of all, this patient left with the final restoration and did not have to return for a second visit!
Because of the properties of the material, Dr. Zweig is able to replace old silver fillings before they cause teeth to break as this one did. Making this restoration involves removing less tooth structure than before, and it is permanently bonded directly to the tooth.
Cerec 3D restorations are the ideal replacements for the large, old, unattractive silver amalgam restorations. They reinforce your teeth, and are kind to the tissues around them.

Procedure: MULTIPLE CEREC ONE-VISIT RESTORATIONS
Years of hiding her smile went away in one morning! Replacing these old, worn out, unsightly silver amalgam fillings was easy using our Cerec 3D technology.
Special infra-red photographs were taken of the prepared teeth and Dr. Zweig made three all-porcelain onlays right in the office at that time. No messy impressions or lab delays were needed. These new onlays not only restored the health of the teeth, but made them beautiful once again!

Procedure: CEREC ONE VISIT CROWNS, INLAY, AND ONLAYS
This lady (a patient new to our office) had been previously told that she was in need of several full crowns on the lower right side of her mouth. Clinical and x-ray evaluation confirmed the need to remove the old, leaky silveramalgam fillings and reinforce the teeth. Several of the teeth also displayed fracture lines in them due to the presence of the metal (metal fillings do not expand and contract in the presence of heat and cold the same way that tooth structure does, and over long periods of time will cause fractures in the teeth).
She chose to have one-visit all porcelain Cerec restorations placed. These types of restorations enabled Dr. Zweig to maintain more solid tooth structure than full crowns would have, while reinforcing the teeth. The Cerec crowns also had the added benefit of being cosmetically superior.
The patient was very happy to complete all of this work in one visit. No temporary crowns or messy impressions were needed. She was so happy that she told several of her friends about Cerec and several of them came to us for similar treatment!

Procedure: CEREC
The CEREC system can produce any permanent, single-tooth ceramic restoration, including crowns, onlays, veneers and fillings. Unlike metals and alloys, ceramic is similar to the natural tooth, so cracking is minimized because it expands and contracts at about the same rate as the tooth during temperature changes while eating. In addition, CEREC offers benefits over traditional restoration construction such as fewer injections, less drilling, less material removed from the damaged tooth, and minimal time commitment. |
